     Gertrude Ricker was born on 19 September 1891 at Kansas.

Gertrude married Sebastian Ricker, son of Thabastus Ricker and Hista H. Ricker. Gertrude became the mother of Ethel Ricker in 1915 at Kansas.1 At age 25, Gertrude became the mother of Ervin A. Ricker on 2 October 1916 at Kansas.2 At age 26, Gertrude became the mother of Mable Ricker in August 1918 at Kansas.1 She was cited by Sebastian Ricker as his closest relative when he registered for the World War One Draft on 12 September 1918 at Ellinwood, Kansas.3

Gertrude Ricker was enumerated with Sebastian Ricker on the census of 15 January 1920 at Bushton City, Kansas, as Gertrude Ricker. Listed as 28 years old, born in Kansas whereas her mother was born in Illinois and her father in Germany.1
She died in November 1977 at Kanopolis, Kansas, at age 86.
