Hista married Thabastus Ricker in 1873.1,2 At age 31, Hista became the mother of Mary S. Ricker in May 1881 at Illinois.1 At age 35, Hista became the mother of Sebastian Ricker on 10 April 1885 at Kansas.3 At age 37, Hista became the mother of Nettie Ricker in November 1887 at Kansas.1 At age 40, Hista became the mother of Lizze B. Ricker in August 1890 at Kansas.1

Hista H. Ricker was enumerated with Thabastus Ricker on the census of 7 June 1900 at Farmer Township, Kansas, as Hista Ricker. Listed as 50 years old, married for 27 years, bore seven living children, born in March 1850 in Germany as were her father and mother. Immigrated to the United States in 1868 and lived in the US for 32 years.1


Hista H. Ricker was enumerated with Sebastian Ricker on the census of 20 April 1910 at Farmer Township as Hiske Ricker. Listed as 60 years old, married for 37 years, bore seven living children, born in Germany as were her father and mother.2
