Fry, Mary E. Fry and Martha G. Fry.6
He died on 12 June 1867 at Indiana.7 He was buried in the Washington-Lawson Cemetery located in Union Township, Indiana.7 His estate was probated on 3 November 1869 at Clerk of the Common Pleas Court, Indiana. Daniel Fry, Matilda Fry, Samuel Fry, David Fry, John W. Fry, Martha G. Fry, Maria C. DeWeese, Lafayette DeWeese, Elizabeth Fry and Anna Fry was The heirs each received $31.03, except for the Duease children who each received half of that.8
