He gave his birthday as 10 October 1899 and his employment as a chauffer for Mrs. Nellie Lindeman of Muskegon. He is living with his mother Della Veitenheimer at 7 Hamilton Street, Muskegon.4

George married Carrie Gould, daughter of Charles Edwin Gould and Bertha Rosalia Decker, on 4 October 1919 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1006 Third Street, Muskegon, Michigan. The wedding was presided over by Rector Walter F. Tunks of St. Paul's Church. Attendees included Jame Jolman and Florence Eckner of Muskegon.1
