     Boja Pesut was born in 1881.1 Boja became the mother of Kata Pešup on 13 December 1902 at Ričica.2,3,4,5

Boja arrived as an immigrant aboard the SS New York from Southhampton, England with Kata Pešup on 2 November 1913 at Ellis Island, New York, New York. She is shown as Croatian with her last residence being Piplica, Austria. On her way to Lavio Pesut at Chicago, Illinois at 10840 Torrence Avenue. Travelling with daughter Kata Pesut.5 She lived at 10812 Torrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 13 January 1920.1

Boja Pesut was enumerated with Petar Rupcich on the census of 13 January 1920 at Chicago as Bopjo Pesut. Listed as a 'mother', 39 years old, married, shown as having immigrated in 1913 and naturalization petition not applied for, born in Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes with Croatian as her mother tongue as was her mother and father, she cannot read or write English but can speak it, occupation is 'none'.1
