Virginie married George LeFebvre, son of Moyse LeFebvre and Henriette Bergevin, in 1872 at St Martin.3 As of circa 1874,her married name was LeFebvre.1 Virginie Brow was also known as Virginia LaFave.4

Virginia LaFave was enumerated with George LeFebvre on the census of 9 June 1880 at Zilwaukee, Michigan, as Virginia Lafave. Listed as 27 years old, born in Canada, father born in Canada, mother in Canada. Keeps house. Cannot read or write.5


Virginie LeFebvre was enumerated with George LeFebvre on the census of 7 June 1900 at Centerville Township, Michigan, as Virginia M. Lafave. Listed as 46 years old, married for 28 years, has bore eight children only four of whom are still living. She was born in French Canada as were her mother and her father. She immigrated in 1878, has been in the US for 22 years, not naturalized. Cannot read, write or speak English.3


Virginie LeFebvre was enumerated with Fred Bowen on the census of 16 April 1910 at Mill Street, Empire Township, Michigan, as Virginia LaFave. Listed as 55 years old, the mother-in-law of the head of the household - Fred Bowen, widowed. Has had 8 children with 3 still living. born in French Canada as was her mother and father. No occupation. Is able to read, write and speak English.4
Virginie Brow was also known as Virginia Le Fevre.2 As of 9 September 1912,her married name was Grenier.2

Virginia married Napoleon Grenier, son of Abraham Grenier and Mary Terreon, on 9 September 1912 at Muskegon, Michigan. This was the second marriage for both. Virginia was listed as being 55 years old and Napoleon as 53. Napoleon's occupation was listed as "laborer". Witnesses were Peter and Henrietta Duchesney of Muskegon.2 She died on 17 October 1917 at Grand Rapids, Michigan, at age 63.1
