William Henry Wallace was born in February 1841 at Indiana.^2,1

William married Susannah Cormican, daughter of John Cormican and Elizabeth Cormican, on 3 November 1864 at Indiana.^1,3 At age 24, William became the father of Elizabeth Ann Wallace on 7 September 1865 at Indiana.^4,1 He died of a kidney complaint on 18 July 1888 at Tiosa, Indiana, at age 47.^5,6,1 He was buried on 22 July 1888 in the Argos Cemetery (Green Slope) located in Argos, Indiana. This cemetery was cleared in 1945 and is now called Memory Park. All grave stones were recorded and removed.^5,6
