     Martha Leah Weber Parents were immigrants from Germany. She was born on 22 September 1907 at Okeene, Oklahoma, daughter of David Weber and Mary Weber.

Martha Leah Weber was enumerated with David Weber on the census of January 1920 at Seay Township, Oklahoma, as Martha Weber. Listed as 12 years old, can read and write and attends school, born in Oklahoma, mother and father born in Russia, can speak English, occupation is 'none'.¹


Martha married Chester William Frost, son of Sherly W. Frost and Charlotte Amanda Grove. Her married name was Martha Frost. She attended the graduation of S. David Frost in June 1953 at US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland.² The Frost family gathered in 1957 upon learning of Chester's imminent death from lung cancer. The lung cancer is suspected to be an affect of the environment at Hanford Nuclear Facility.² She died on 27 January 1997 at The Dalles, Oregon, at age 89.
