Charles married Mary Marsh.8 He and Mary Marsh were hosting a family gathering at Christmas time circa 1949 at Youngstown. Jack Marsh, son of Charles, took the photograph. A note about the shirt that Dennis is wearing. This was the shirt that his Aunt Hanna bought for him in 1947 for the rodeo in Sanish, North Dakota. Dennis was riding one of the horses from the ranch, and she wanted Dennis to look like a real cowboy.8 He died on 15 April 1968 at Youngstown at age 75.1,9
