Dear cousin Jakov!
Let me write down few words and tell you that I am alive and well and I wish the same to you and your family for many years to come. I have to write about the problems that I have and now I will describe it. I am confused and tired and I don’t know what to do next. Dear cousin Jakov I have to ask you to help me as I asked everywhere and could not find help that is why I am asking you. I have a son born in 1926 who got sick in 1941 and he is still sick, he has tuberculosis of bones. He is now in a hospital in Biograd on See, doctors are treating him. His disease is chronically and I talked to his doctors and they said that only thing that can help is if I have somebody in America to send me injections for this kind of disease. Dear cousin Jakov I have to ask you to help me with this problem and send me the package with that medicine. Send me this medicine for my only son, it would have been better if he were not born. He lost good health and he cannot get it back because the pain is getting worse. Dear cousin Jakov I will not prolong this letter any more, I will ask you again for your help and greet everybody in your family and then finish this letter.
