Dear brother!
First I can tell you that we are all well thank God and we wish you the same. I received your letter after a long time on 31st of December 1926 as you said I divided dollars, to mother 10, 5 to daughter in law, 5 to Jandra, 5 to Marta, 5 to Cvita and the rest to me. We all are happy and satisfied with your gift. Now my dear brother be so kind and write more because we always think about you and if we don’t receive a letter after a month, not to mention 3 to 4 months and more, please do write more often. Especially our old mother is asking you to write more. Nothing else is new so receive greetings from your mother, sister in law, Jozo, nephews, sister Jandra and her family, Marta and her family, Cvita and her husband. Winter is hard here a lot of snow and ice. Write to me about Nikola how is he how he lives, when are you planning to come home, what are you doing on a railroad is it hard.
