My dear uncle let me write few words and tell you that we are all well and we wish you the same, good health from God and from our hearts. I got your address from brother Mate and I am so happy to write to you. And I want to keep the promise I made to uncle Mate who loved us all as a father.
My dear uncle I got married ten years ago and went to live in Pribude. Four years ago I moved to Stanisic. I live here with my husband and four daughters and my sister lives with us. My mother sent her to live with us because my kids were small and I am not in good health. My oldest daughter is nine her name is Jaza, Marija is six, Cvita four and Ljubica two. Sister Pera is sixteen.
My dear uncle let me write you about our life here, it is not bad but it is also not that good and I am asking you to write about your life there. How old are your kids and if you can please send me a photo of them. I saw a photo of you, your wife and son Jakov when Mate came to visit us. Are your kids living with you?
Excuse me for my handwriting but I only finished two grades of elementary school, my mother didn’t allow me to go further because I was the oldest daughter in the house and she needed help.
